"Five stars for the quality of training, because I’ve worked with all three trainers over the past decade or so. As someone with a spinal cord injury, it is really difficult to find a place to exercise outside of traditional physical therapy. And even then, you’re limited to one hour with a PT in a best-case scenario, and you spend most of your session in your wheelchair. When you work with Matt, Karla, and Josh, you can schedule a one-on-one workout for 1-2 hours, and at least in my experience, I’ve spent most of the workout out of my chair. The personal trainers who work here have spent years working with people with mobility issues, and are that perfect combination of professional and personable.

I speak from experience. After years of working with Matt, Karla, and Josh, I have improved strength in my upper body and core (for reference, I am a C7 SCI, incomplete). Most people think I’m a paraplegic and are surprised to learn how high my injury level actually is. My blood pressure has gotten more stable, to the point where I no longer need to wear an abdominal binder. I had to come here and gush about the trainers because they are just that amazing, and I’m so excited for them to have this new place!"
